About Me

I started my career in education, undertaking a senior leadership role in a primary school. Since then I have held senior leadership roles in the charity sector. I was a founding team member and a co-leader of a rapidly growing international movement of interactive reflective spaces in schools. I started a charity that works with schools and which I lead part time. I have also worked in the senior leadership team of a UK-based children’s charity which was seeking to reduce the impact of poverty on children.

I am an accredited coach and ‘C-Me’ facilitator. I deliver Coaching, and ‘C-Me’ team dynamics for a range of organisations. I am experienced in creating reflective spaces for increased purpose and impact, my interactive Reflective Journeys bring an added dimension to my training offer leading to personal and organisational growth. Whether you are a leader looking for coaching, or a leader looking for training for your team, I will create a bespoke programme for your needs.

I am passionate about facilitating my clients’ journey towards clarity, growth and fulfilment enabling them and the children they work with to thrive. I am intentional about becoming who I was designed to be and leading from my authentic self.
